If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PT Murni Property Indonesia ("Murni Property", "we", "us", or "our").

"Platform" refers to Murni Property's website, mobile applications, and related services.

"User" means any person who accesses or uses the Platform.

"Seller" means a User who lists property for sale or rent on the Platform.

"Buyer" means a User who searches for or expresses interest in purchasing or renting property.

"Agent" means a licensed real estate professional who uses the Platform to provide services.

"Property" means real estate including but not limited to residential, commercial, and land properties.

"Listing" means property information posted on the Platform for sale or rent.

Murni Property provides an online platform that connects property buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals. We facilitate property transactions but are not a party to any agreements between Users.


Permitted Uses:

• Search and browse property listings
• Create and manage property listings (for authorized users)
• Contact other Users regarding properties
• Use our tools and calculators for property-related calculations
• Access market information and property reports

License:
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Account Creation:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• One person or entity may maintain only one account

Account Verification:

We may require verification of your identity, contact information, or professional credentials before allowing certain Platform features. Agents must provide valid licensing information.
